Teen Pregnancy Loss

It's difficult to deal with miscarriage as a teen. Everyone thinks it's for the best and that I should be relieved. I think I struggle with this miscarriage more than most because I have to wait a couple of years to try again. No baby will ever replace the one that I just lost, but now all I want to do is have one. I am 19 years old and I would have admitted six months ago that I was not ready to be a mother, but once I found out that I was pregnant, I already loved this baby more than anything in the world. I grew up and faced reality in three months time. Now I am expected to return to being a "normal" teenager again and I can't do that. I still carried a baby inside of me and was just as excited as any married woman to have this baby after all of the shock was through. I don't understand how any person can think that this miscarriage was in any way a blessing.
